Meet Our Therapists

Caroline Love LICSW, CIMHP, ICP

Caroline, a licensed therapist with over 12 years of experience, assists individuals from diverse backgrounds navigate their challenges and achieve growth. She specializes in supporting women who have experienced trauma in various forms- whether recent or in childhood- along with anxiety and dysfunctional relationships. Many of the women she has partnered with have goals to improve self-esteem, set boundaries, learn emotional regulation tools, reestablish safety from prior trauma, and improve attachment with themselves and others.

Using a collaborative and holistic approach, Caroline tailors evidence-based practices and techniques to meet each client’s unique needs. Her passion lies in guiding clients through transformative change, helping them move from feeling “stuck” to living fulfilling, purposeful lives. She creates a safe, supportive space for healing and fosters corrective relational experiences to address past wounds. Caroline sees each client as deserving of being seen, heard, and understood as she advocates for them with compassion.

As a certified EMDR therapist, Caroline partners with clients to process past traumas with this highly effective therapy. Her clients describe EMDR as life-changing and she takes great joy in witnessing their healing from their past. Her warm, person-centered approach encourages clients to embrace their authentic selves while gently challenging them to grow. By incorporating the mind+ body connection into her practice, Caroline ensures a comprehensive focus on physical and mental wellness. Caroline incorporates spirituality into therapy session upon request, drawing from her Christian worldview to support clients in their faith journey.

As a Certified Integrative Mental Health Provider (CIMHP), Caroline brings whole-health wellness into sessions, including guidance on supplements, nutrition, exercise, sleep, toxins, and mindful cognitive behavioral therapy (MCBT). The pursuit of this certification came after her autoimmune diagnoses that shifted her perspective of wellness. Her journey with autoimmune conditions has profoundly shaped her understanding of the mind + body connection. After benefiting from lifestyle changes that were rooted in natural treatments, she wants to share this approach with others. Because her heart is for people, she is offering the evidence-based wellness videos in sections as a resource in order to maximize session time.
