  • 200-800mg nightly start at lower end for most women.

5 HTP

  • No SSRIs (antidepressant) with it; 100mg per night 4-6 weeks only.

Omega 3

  • Helps with mood and nutrition deficiencies. Not for people with blood thinning issues or blood disorders.

  • 2000mg/day with food.

  • 600mg nightly for 2 months minimum.

  • 200-400 every 2 hours PRN or 1200mg/day. Do not exceed 1200mg/day.

Vitamin D

  • Unless you are on a strict Mediterranian diet, each person can benefit from taking this daily. Should help with mood and metabolism.

  • Take 5000iu daily with food for 3 months then get blood-levels checked by provider.
