Nutrition & Mental Health

This module of the series is focused on the connection between nutrition and its impact on mental health. It is heavy in psychoeducation for the purpose of informing and empowering participants. In addition to learning how the body responds to food, we will cover the connection with the way you think about food and your body and how it will impact your nutrition goals. I would recommend this module for people who have worked through mental and emotional turmoil already, are in a maintenance stage of life, and/or are ready to take some action steps in regards to fueling their body with healing foods. Grocery swaps, testing recommendations, supplements, helpful tools, and other resources are shared. This module would take about 4-5 therapy sessions to complete together, in addition to the costs to compose. I’m hopeful that this resource would maximize your time outside of session and equip you with info to take steps now.
